This refers to the three largest and most established Liberty corporations, Ageira Technologies, Deep Space Engineering, and Universal Shipping. In 181AS, a contract was signed between these corporations such that Universal would handle all shipping between Ageira facilities and the DSE construction sites. This remains in effect to this day.
Of note, this group also includes Interspace Commerce. So... is DSE not one of these, then?
